Personal Message
Hey everyone! My name is Dean, stage name Dean Gerous. I like to spin house music, but I’ve lately been finding myself exploring and mixing other (faster) genres. Like many others, when the world was forced to shut down in 2020, we all had to find something to keep us busy at home. Some became expert sourdough bakers, others like me bought their first DJ controller. Since then, I’ve played friends’ backyards, local bars, nightclubs, radio shows, and beach events. Outside of dance music and production, I spend a lot of my time at the gym chasing the next weightlifting PR or preparing for my next obstacle course race.
DMI Impact
In 2023, I joined Dance Music Initiative and Cosmic Academy, further enriching my knowledge in DJing and music production in the hopes of pushing my artistic skills and contributing to the dance music community.
